RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Management
- Directly manage, coach, and motivate a team of 4–5 sales executives to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for each team member and track performance rigorously.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one reviews, and on-ground coaching to improve sales skills and conversion rates.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and implement training to improve productivity and performance.
- Foster a high-energy, target-driven, and accountable team culture.
Revenue Generation
- Own and drive the team's monthly and annual revenue targets for therapy bookings, corporate tie-ups, and EAP contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and revenue predictability.
- Personally close high-value deals with corporates, institutions, and key accounts while supporting the team on complex negotiations.
- Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across service offerings — individual therapy, couples counselling, family sessions, EAP packages, and self-assessment tools.
- Monitor conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel and take corrective actions to plug revenue leakages.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate organizations, colleges, hospitals, HR networks, NGOs, and government departments.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow EAP (Employee Assistance Program) client base among corporates and institutions in Ernakulam and across Kerala.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with HR heads, wellness coordinators, college counsellors, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Represent at mental health events, wellness fairs, corporate seminars, and community programs to generate leads and build brand visibility.
- Identify new markets, geographies, and segments where can expand its footprint.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns, digital outreach, and lead-generation activities with sales priorities.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track and report key metrics — leads, conversions, revenue, team productivity, and pipeline health — to senior management on a regular basis.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep ahead in the mental health services space.
- Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing — preferably in healthcare, wellness, mental health, pharma, EdTech, or allied health services.
- Demonstrated experience managing a sales team of 4–6 members with direct accountability for revenue targets.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, or institutional sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills — ability to drive a team, hold people accountable, and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam with the ability to engage confidently with corporates, HR leaders, and institutional decision-makers.
- Experience working with EAP programs, corporate wellness, or healthcare business development is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travel across Ernakulam and Kerala.
- Analytical mindset — ability to read sales data, identify gaps, and take quick corrective action.
- Empathetic and professional — able to represent mission of compassionate, stigma-free mental health care.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
