Job Description
1. Factory Performance Analysis
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production data.
- Track and report key manufacturing KPIs such as:
- Productivity %
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Line Efficiency
- Capacity Utilization
- Throughput
- Downtime Analysis
- Labor Productivity
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Prepare factory performance dashboards and management reports.
2. Contract Manufacturer (CM) Performance Monitoring
- Track production performance across all contract manufacturing partners.
- Monitor:
- Output vs Plan
- Yield %
- Material Consumption
- Wastage & Losses
- Rework & Rejections
- Customer Complaints
- Service Levels
- Compare CM performance and benchmark best-performing facilities.
- Highlight operational risks and improvement opportunities.
3. Productivity & Manpower Analytics
- Analyze operator-wise and supervisor-wise productivity.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and manpower utilization.
- Develop manpower planning and productivity improvement reports.
- Identify root causes of low productivity and recommend corrective actions.
4. Inventory & Material Analysis
- Track RM, PM, WIP, and FG inventory movement.
- Analyze inventory accuracy and stock variances.
- Monitor material consumption against BOM standards.
- Identify excess consumption and wastage trends.
5. Quality & Loss Analysis
- Analyze quality complaints, defects, and rejection trends.
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) using data.
- Track COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality).
- Support quality improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
6. Dashboard & Reporting
- Develop and maintain:
- Power BI Dashboards
- Excel KPI Dashboards
- Automated Reports
- Management MIS
- Present findings to factory management and leadership teams.
- Create real-time reporting systems for production and CM performance.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
- Build predictive models for production planning and capacity utilization.
- Drive process standardization across manufacturing locations.
