FARMKING is hiring an Area Sales Executive – Uttar Pradesh for dealer development, field sales, inquiry generation, quotation follow-up and market expansion of agricultural implements, tractor attachments and farm machinery products.

Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agricultural implements, farm machinery, tractor attachments, agri-machinery dealer sales, rural equipment sales or dealership development is mandatory.
Candidates with only general field-sales experience and no agriculture machinery or rural dealer-network exposure may not be suitable for this role.
Territory / Zone Coverage
The candidate may be assigned to any Uttar Pradesh sales zone based on business requirement, dealer potential and territory priority.
Preferred base locations are selected to cover major UP sales belts:
- Meerut: Western UP sugarcane–wheat–potato belt
- Bareilly: Rohilkhand–Terai rice–wheat–sugarcane belt
- Lucknow: Central Awadh foodgrain–potato–dealer coordination belt
- Gorakhpur: Eastern UP / Purvanchal rice–banana–sugarcane belt
- Jhansi: Bundelkhand & South-East dryland mechanization belt
Final district, route plan, dealer cluster and territory assignment shall be decided by Management as per company sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand FARMKING’s dealer network in the assigned Uttar Pradesh territory.
- Identify new dealers, farm-equipment sellers, tractor attachment dealers and rural-market business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits, dealer meetings, customer meetings and market surveys to generate inquiries from dealers, farmers, customers, references and market visits.
- Promote FARMKING agricultural implements, tractor attachments and farm machinery products.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, pending inquiries, dealer/customer requirements, pending orders and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Jaipur Head Office / Sales Team for quotation updates, order processing, dispatch follow-up and dealer/customer support.
- Maintain dealer/customer data, inquiry records, quotation follow-up, order status, visit reports and market feedback.
- Track competitor products, pricing, dealer feedback, customer objections, demand trends and market opportunities.
- Escalate service complaints, technical issues or repeated dealer/customer concerns to the concerned company authority.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Strong field-sales, dealer-development and territory-handling ability.
- Good lead generation, inquiry handling, follow-up and dealer/customer relationship-management skills.
- Basic negotiation, objection-handling, competitor tracking and market-feedback ability.
- Good Hindi communication is required; local UP territory/dialect understanding and basic English reporting ability will be preferred.
- Comfortable with regular field travel, dealer visits, customer meetings and remote reporting.
- Able to use phone, WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheet / CRM or company-approved reporting tools.
- Driving licence and own two-wheeler will be preferred.
- Disciplined, target-oriented and field-ready candidate preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000
- Annual CTC: ₹2,16,000 – ₹4,20,000
- Incentives: Performance-based, subject to company policy, target achievement, confirmed orders, payment realization and Management approval.
- TA/DA & Field Expenses: As per approved company policy, travel plan, eligibility, supporting bills and Management approval.
- Benefits: PF, ESI, leave, holidays, reimbursements and other benefits as per company policy, eligibility and applicable law.
