Job Title: Crewing Executive

We are looking for a Crewing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience, good English communication skills, and a basic understanding of crewing, seafarer coordination, or marine recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crew hiring and candidate coordination
- Communicate with seafarers/candidates regarding joining formalities and documentation
- Support crewing-related follow-ups and record maintenance
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth crew operations
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic understanding of marine recruitment / crewing / seafarer coordination
- Good organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Preferred:
- Prior experience in crewing, recruitment coordination, or marine operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy in documentation
