Job purpose
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage students, foster a positive learning environment, and deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with the curriculum standards. The role requires a commitment to student success and a continuous pursuit of professional development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Follow modules, learning materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
- Enforce school policies and rules and manage student behavior in the classroom.
- Engage in professional development and stay current with best teaching practices.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and improve instructional practices.
- Follow company’s guidelines for deliverables
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Proven experience as an educator in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
Working Clauses & Requirements
- This is a Part Time/Freelance Job
- Will have to sign binding legal contract with Val-Ed Initiatives regarding confidentiality
- Punctuality according to timelines of the school
Special Clauses
- In the event of non-willingness to continue the working relationship, a notice period of 1 month would apply.
Pay: ₹13,728.91 - ₹36,422.11 per month
