About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. Candidates with exposure to IT services, software development, mobile app development, or web development sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other channels.
· Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
· Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
· Schedule meetings and introductory discussions with prospective clients.
· Understand client requirements and communicate company services effectively.
· Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, estimations, and project discussions.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
· Update and manage sales pipelines, lead databases, and CRM records.
· Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
· Good negotiation and presentation skills.
· Basic understanding of IT services and software development processes.
· Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory:
· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
· One to Two year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
· Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred:
· Experience in the IT Services or Software Development industry.
· Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation activities.
· Familiarity with mobile app development, web development, or custom software services.
· Exposure to international client communication will be an added advantage.
