Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing their needs and concerns, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong relationships to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and special requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing guest events, special occasions, and VIP arrangements.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and hospitality protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software/PMS systems is preferred.
