- Design & Development:
- Create detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD software.
- Develop design concepts that integrate functionality with visual appeal.
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods based on project goals.
- Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, electrical, and civil engineers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
- Technical & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements.
- Incorporate sustainable practices and energy-efficient systems into building plans.
- Prepare and submit documentation for building permits and official approvals.
- Client Collaboration:
- Consult with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and budget.
- Present design proposals and iterate based on feedback.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
