DAYCARE INCHARGE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the daycare center.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Manage and guide daycare staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain attendance, health, and incident records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle admissions, orientations, and parent inquiries.
- Manage inventory of supplies and learning materials.
- Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and emergency preparedness drills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in daycare or preschool management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of child development and safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication.

Job Title: Preschool Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain developmental records.
- Encourage positive behavior and good social skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning and development.
- Prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Follow school policies and child safeguarding procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, B.Ed. (preferred), or a related field.
- 1–3 years of preschool teaching experience (preferred).
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
