Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pathologist to join our laboratory team on a part-time basis. The Pathologist will be responsible for examining laboratory specimens, validating test reports, ensuring diagnostic accuracy, and supporting clinicians in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret laboratory test results.
- Examine blood, tissue, and other specimen samples.
- Validate and authorize laboratory reports.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL and hospital quality standards.
- Provide consultation to clinicians regarding diagnostic findings.
- Monitor laboratory quality control and assurance activities.
- Maintain accurate medical and laboratory records.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes as required.
Qualifications:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology.
- Valid State Medical Council registration.
- Relevant experience in hospital or diagnostic laboratory settings preferred.

- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical teams.
Working Hours: Part-time basis as per hospital requirements and mutually agreed schedule.
