#HIRING: Full-Stack IoT Hardware & Firmware Engineer
We are an Indian automotive/surveillance tech company building a next-gen, non-Chinese 3 MP IP Surveillance Camera from scratch for the Indian market.
Looking for a sharp, hands-on engineer who can own BOTH hardware layout and firmware configuration
Location: Gurugram
Budget :- Upto 15 lpa
Type: Full-Time / High-Growth Contract
Experience: 3+ years in Embedded Systems
What you will do:
Firmware: Build custom, lightweight Embedded Linux images using Buildroot/Yocto.
Video Pipeline: Configure GStreamer & V4L2 for stable 3 MP H.264/H.265 RTSPS/WebRTC streaming.
Hardware: Layout 4-to-6 layer PCBs using Altium/KiCad for low-cost multimedia SoCs (TI Sitara, NXP, or Rockchip) with clean MIPI CSI-2 routing.
Compliance: Harden the camera (Secure Boot, flash encryption, no default passwords) to clear strict MeitY / BIS ER-01 cybersecurity audits.
Must-Have Skills:
- Core mastery of C/C++, Linux Shell Scripting (Bash), or Python.
- Solid experience routing high-speed differential pairs (MIPI, Ethernet) and managing power rails to prevent brownouts.
- Proven track record of shipping real hardware products to production.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
