Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced VFX & CGI Team Leader to lead our creative production team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the VFX and CGI industry and possess strong expertise across the complete 3D production pipeline.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can create outstanding visual content while mentoring and managing a team of artists. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling 3D modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, CGI production, motion graphics, video editing, and creative video production using Blender and industry-standard creative tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the VFX & CGI team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Plan, assign, and monitor project timelines and daily production tasks.
- Create high-quality CGI content, visual effects, animations, and promotional videos.
- Develop and supervise 3D modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing, and post-production workflows.
- Design engaging motion graphics and visual content for digital marketing, advertisements, and social media.
- Edit and produce professional videos from concept development to final delivery.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, marketing teams, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Review creative work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain quality standards.
- Mentor, train, and inspire junior artists while promoting continuous learning.
- Research and implement the latest VFX, CGI, Blender, and AI-powered creative technologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining creative excellence and production efficiency.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Blender.
- Strong expertise in 3D Modeling, Sculpting, and Asset Creation.
- Advanced knowledge of Texturing, UV Mapping, Materials, and Shading.
- Strong understanding of Animation principles and character/object animation.
- Expertise in Lighting, Rendering, and Look Development.
- Knowledge of Compositing and Visual Effects workflows.
- Professional Motion Graphics skills.
- Advanced Video Editing and Post-Production skills.
- Experience in CGI production for advertisements, branding, marketing, and digital content.
- Strong understanding of cinematic composition, storytelling, camera movement, and color grading.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and workflow.

- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar creative platforms is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, VFX, CGI, Multimedia, Digital Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in VFX, CGI, or Animation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across multiple VFX and CGI disciplines.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a creative team is preferred.

The ideal candidate is an all-round VFX and CGI professional who can confidently work across modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, motion graphics, video editing, and creative production while driving innovation, maintaining quality, and delivering exceptional results.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
