Job Title: Senior CRM– Bangalore (TPA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee branch operations.
- Generate business through brokers, insurance agents, hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and agents.
- Achieve business growth targets and expand the branch network.
- Coordinate with HO for operations, claims, and client servicing.
- Represent the company in client meetings and networking events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the TPA/Health Insurance industry.
- Must be fluent in Kannada (local language) and English.
- Strong network with brokers, agents, and healthcare providers in Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby locations for business development.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
