Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving mocktails, fresh beverages, and coolers while maintaining quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare mocktails, juices, shakes, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the beverage counter and equipment.
- Ensure proper stock and storage of beverage ingredients.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of mocktail and beverage preparation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior restaurant/café experience preferred.
