1. Video Shooting (On-Site)
- Visit project sites for property shoots, walkthroughs, and drone shots
- Capture high-quality videos of residential & commercial projects
- Shoot content for reels, ads, and promotional videos
- Coordinate with sales/marketing team during shoots
2. Video Editing
- Edit videos for Instagram reels, YouTube, ads, and campaigns
- Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and branding elements
- Create high-converting short-form content (reels)
- Ensure fast turnaround time for daily content needs
3. Content Creation Support
- Suggest creative ideas for viral real estate reels & videos
- Assist in scripting and planning video concepts
- Stay updated with latest social media trends
4. Equipment Handling
- Handle cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment
- Basic knowledge of drone operation (preferred)
- Maintain and manage shooting gear
