ACCUGEN™ Digital Dental Lab is a fast-growing digital dental lab based in Hyderabad, specializing in high-precision CAD/CAM restorations including crowns, bridges, implant prosthetics, and full-arch solutions.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will visit dental clinics, build relationships with doctors, and drive consistent case flow to the lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dental clinics, hospitals, and practitioners across Hyderabad on a daily basis
- Present Accugen’s services and convert new clinics into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and clinic owners
- Follow up regularly with clinics to generate repeat cases
- Maintain a clear record of daily visits, leads, and conversions
- Represent Accugen at dental events and professional meetups
- Manage and grow assigned clinic accounts over time
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (healthcare / pharma / medical preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Confident in meeting doctors and handling in-person conversations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Basic understanding of social media is a plus
- Two-wheeler preferred for travel within the city
Compensation
- ₹25,000 fixed salary per month
- Performance-based incentives (uncapped)
