Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HVAC Service Manager to lead and manage our HVAC service operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling all HVAC service-related activities, managing service teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, acquiring new service business opportunities, ensuring timely completion of service jobs, and overseeing billing and payment collection processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations and maintenance activities.
- Handle all service-related inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for service execution and material procurement.
- Develop and acquire new HVAC service contracts and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business opportunities.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor service engineers and technicians.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance, breakdown, and project-related service jobs.
- Monitor service quality, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, AMC proposals, and maintenance schedules.
- Follow up for job closure, invoicing, and payment collection from customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Manage service budgets, manpower deployment, and operational efficiency.
- Support management in achieving service revenue and profitability targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, and Package Units.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong client handling and vendor management capabilities.
- Experience in team management and service operations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of AMC management, service coordination, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management documentation.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in HVAC service industry, facility management, or MEP services.
- Proven track record in generating service business and managing customer accounts.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation: Best in the industry, based on experience and qualification.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
