Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide repair/maintenance recommendations.
- Communicate customer concerns to technicians and ensure proper diagnosis.
- Manage work orders, track service progress, and ensure on-time completion.
- Provide updates to customers and ensure post-service satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of services and parts used.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service, preferably with multi-brand knowledge.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly.
- A valid driver’s license.
