Job Overview:
Orange Health Labs is looking for a results-driven Account Executive – B2B Sales to drive revenue growth by building and expanding partnerships with insurance partners, healthcare providers, and corporate clients. The role involves acquiring new partners, managing relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience by resolving partner escalations and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: Identify and onboard new insurer and healthcare partners; drive volume growth with existing partners and achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and act as the primary point of contact.
Escalation Management: Handle partner escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.
Communication & Coordination: Share product updates, offers, and service information with partners and collaborate with operations, marketing, and support teams.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or financial services preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
