Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/Master's preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Key Tech: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the talent pipeline and structuring orientation.
- Employee Relations: Handling grievances, conducting investigations, and improving retention.
- Operations & Payroll: Overseeing attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and HR MIS reporting.
- Compliance: Ensuring all practices align with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Performance Management: Assisting with annual appraisals and tracking KPIs.
