We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities through builders, architects, consultants, and direct customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and guide the team to improve conversions.
- Conduct customer meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries and closure of sales orders.
- Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term business relationships.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
