Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong expertise in Facility Management, Security and Housekeeping operations to manage sites, manpower, clients and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites.
- Supervise Security, Housekeeping and support teams.
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance and performance.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality.
- Handle client coordination, complaints and escalations.
- Monitor housekeeping and security standards.
- Prepare operational reports and track site performance.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and client requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Facility Management / IFMS.
- Strong experience in Security & Housekeeping operations.
- Good manpower and team management skills.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple sites preferred.
Preferred: Candidates from Facility Management / IFMS industry.
