UST is seeking an experienced Workday HR Technology Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize Workday solutions for a global organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday HCM, with Recruiting as the primary functional area, along with hands-on experience in Workday Case Management. Experience across Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, and Benefits modules is highly preferred.
In this role, you will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver efficient Workday solutions, provide production support, drive system enhancements, and ensure an exceptional user experience across the Workday ecosystem.
- Provide functional support, configuration, and maintenance for Workday HCM, with primary ownership of Workday Recruiting.
- Configure and support Workday Business Processes, security framework, and tenant setup across HCM modules.
- Manage and resolve production support issues through Workday Case Management, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday functional solutions.

- Job Requisitions
- Candidate Management
- Offer Management
- Hiring Processes
- Support Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations, validations, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist with Benefits configuration, testing, and production support activities.
- Support Talent & Performance processes, including performance review cycles and configuration updates.
- Coordinate with Workday Support and the Workday Community to resolve product-related issues and system defects.
- Perform impact analysis, regression testing, and validation activities during Workday biannual releases.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and knowledge base documentation.
- Monitor HR data integrity through audits, validations, and data quality reviews.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT teams to implement enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Provide end-user support through case management tools, service requests, and email-based support channels.
- Recommend Workday best practices aligned with HR transformation initiatives and business objectives.
- 8+ years of overall HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Systems experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration, and production support experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Case Management.
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.
- Strong understanding of the Workday Security Framework.
- Experience supporting global HR organizations and distributed workforce environments.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including:
- Advanced Reports
- Matrix Reports
- Composite Reports
- Trending Reports
- Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Experience supporting Workday biannual release cycles, testing, and validation activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Workday Absence Management.
- Experience with Workday Time Tracking.
- Experience with Workday Benefits Administration.
- Experience with Workday Talent & Performance.
- Knowledge of Workday Tenant Management activities.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale global Workday environments.
- Workday HCM Certification and/or Recruiting Certification.
- Experience participating in Workday implementation or transformation programs.
- Exposure to HR process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
