In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting healthcare facilities with essential staff. You will manage daily communications with care homes and partner agencies, ensuring shifts are filled efficiently. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Allocation & Rota Management: Coordinate and allocate shifts to healthcare professionals within our staff pool, ensuring care homes are fully supported.
- Staff Profile Management: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive compliance and professional profiles for new staff joining our pool.
- Accurate Data Entry: Efficiently log details of client requests, shift updates, and staff availability into our systems with high attention to detail.
- Client & Agency Liaison: Act as a core point of contact for 4 different healthcare partner agencies, collaborating effectively to meet staffing demands.
- Communication Management: Handle inbound queries and conduct outbound calls to care homes and staff. Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Data & System Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date shift logs and staff availability records using Microsoft Excel and internal scheduling software.
- Problem Solving: Actively resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute cancellations with a calm and proactive approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Freshers & Interns Welcome: A strong desire to learn; no previous recruitment or scheduling experience is required as full training is provided.
- Exceptional English Communication Skills: Flawless English communication skills are essential. You must possess excellent verbal phone etiquette and sharp non-verbal (written/email) professional skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and filtering) and general computer literacy.
