Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for expanding our market presence by collaborating with leading showrooms, multi-brand outlets, and retail partners across various locations. The role requires frequent travel, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for fashion and premium apparel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, showrooms, and multi-brand outlets
- Travel across assigned regions to generate sales and build strong dealer networks
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key showroom owners and buyers
- Present and promote House of Gaia collections effectively to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure proper product display and brand representation in partner stores
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and inventory planning
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel / fashion / retail sales
- Strong network with retail showrooms or multi-brand outlets (preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of premium or luxury apparel segment
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales &B2C sales
