Job Description – Operations Integrator
Company: Shiga pettals (www.shigapettals.com) – Tamil Nadu’s leader in event
planning and décor.
We are looking for an Operations Integrator to the CEO who will work closely with Ms.
S.P. Gaandhimathi – Founder & Chief Dreamer of Shiga Pettals.
Purpose of the Role:
To transform project execution from leadership-dependent to team-owned. You will be the backbone that ensures every wedding and event moves seamlessly from concept to completion… with clarity, accountability, vendor coordination, and closure. You exist to create a culture where commitments are respected because they're tracked and completed… not because someone's watching.
Core Responsibilities:
- Convert client briefs, design sketches, and planning decisions into executable project roadmaps.
- Assign ownership for each deliverable (florals, décor setup, installation, logistics, breakdown) with clear timelines.
- Coordinate relentlessly between clients, design team, vendors (florists, fabricators, logistics), and execution team.
- Track project health weekly….. flagging delays early with contingency suggestions, not just alarms.
- Maintain and evolve systems, checklists, and SOPs….. making execution repeatable and consistent.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event reviews….. documenting learnings for the next project.
- Escalate critical risks with 2-3 possible solutions, never with just problems.
- Ensure vendor quality standards are met, and team execution matches premium brand positioning.
- Build ownership in the team by creating clarity, not control.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English , Hindi will be an added
advantage
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, sales support, or executive
assistant roles.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced
environment.
Remuneration
- Best in the industry (based on skills and experience).
- Work Location : Erode and occasional travel with the Ms. Gaandhimathi
