Detail of Job Responsibility: -
1. Timely delivery of test result for running of production as per plan.
2. Weekly and daily testing report.
3. Observance of GLP and safety of equipments and personnel in the department.
4. Housekeeping and area monitoring.
5. Testing strictly according to the approved Standard Test Procedure.
6. Documentation of the section.
7. Maintenance of sequential log of critical instruments.
8. Calibration and validation of equipments as per schedule and maintenance of
records.
9. Maintenance of reagents and standard solutions.
10. Status of reagents and Standards Solution.
11. Maintenance of cleanliness of workbenches.
12. Follow the Good manufacturing Practices and Good laboratories Practices
13. Entries in the protocols at each stages of testing to be made at the time of action and
not later.
14. Any unexpected deviation from authorized procedure to be referred to Quality
Assurance (Q A) and implemented only after approval from QA.
15. Monthly and weekly testing statement preparation.
16. Look after the Good working of instrument and timely maintenance of the same.
17. Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance of the equipments.
18. Controls of Working Standards.
19. Controls of Status Labels of RM & PM
20. Completion of necessary records on day to day basis
21. Keep the department clean and provide hygienic environment to the employees
22. Inspection of venders. (If required)
