Job Summary
Regal Associates is seeking an experienced, proactive, and organized HR cum Admin Executive to oversee Human Resources and Administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting the company's people management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities : Human Resources
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration.
- Manage office assets, stationery, housekeeping, and pantry.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain office maintenance and facility management.
- Handle travel bookings and accommodation arrangements whenever required.
- Ensure office safety, cleanliness, and security.
- Maintain inventory records and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting arrangements.
- Support management with administrative reports and documentation.

Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and office administration.
- Prior experience in handling statutory compliance will be preferred.
