Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month + Uncapped Performance Incentives(which could be double your salary)

Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
* Screen and interview candidates
* Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining
* Build and maintain a strong candidate database
* Achieve monthly hiring targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office and job portals
