Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in Automotive Engineering recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for Plant Engineering and Product Engineering roles, excellent sourcing capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be comfortable working flexible hours to support US hiring requirements and be proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive Engineering positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other job portals.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.

Conduct initial HR and recruitment discussions with candidates.

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection from hiring managers.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.

Manage candidate engagement and offer follow-up activities.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS.

Support hiring requirements across multiple projects, including US-based hiring initiatives.

Prepare recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring status reports for management review.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is mandatory.

3–6 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, preferably in the Automotive Engineering domain.

Experience hiring for Plant Engineering and Product Engineering roles.

Strong understanding of automotive engineering skill sets and industry requirements.

Bangalore-based candidates preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 0–15 days.
Required Skills

Hands-on experience in hiring candidates for Automotive Interiors, exterior, BIW, embedded, technical publications, etc

Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and candidate relationship management skills.

Ability to assess technical profiles and identify suitable candidates.

Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Ability to prepare reports, maintain trackers, and create presentations for management reviews.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
