Job Description
HEGXCorp is hiring an experienced Web Developer to manage and maintain company and client websites. The candidate should be capable of working independently on development, updates, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update websites
- Work on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS-based websites
- Manage and customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Fix bugs, improve website performance, and ensure responsiveness
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams
- Handle basic hosting tasks such as cPanel, FTP, and domain setup
- Ensure website security, backups, and smooth functioning
Requirements
- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in web development
- Experience working on live websites
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Good experience with WordPress
- Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with Elementor or WPBakery
- Knowledge of Git or version control
- Experience with website migration and hosting
