Program Coordinator – Aftercare Outreach Program (AOP)
Location: Patna, Bihar | Mode: Offline
Experience: Minimum 1 year | Education: Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies or related fields
Salary: upto 35K CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement the Aftercare Outreach Program in Bihar
- Support youth transitioning from Child Care Institutions (16–18 yrs) with education, skilling, and placements
- Engage with stakeholders (government, NGOs, corporates, mentors) for program delivery
- Organize life skills workshops, mentorship, and training sessions
- Track budgets, support financial disbursement, and maintain program records
- Prepare program reports, donor communication, and data entries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in youth development, skilling, or rehabilitation programs
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools
