About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of software architecture, backend development using Python, and frontend development using React.
This role is backend-focused, but you should be comfortable contributing across the full stack when required.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.
Design clean and efficient database schemas and optimize queries.
Understand and implement scalable system architecture.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
Follow best practices for security, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills
Backend
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Good understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth).
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.
Understanding of background job processing.
Frontend
Strong knowledge of React.js.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Good understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs.
Architecture & Engineering
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of scalable backend systems.
Understanding of microservices and monolithic architectures.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with Docker is a plus.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with WebSockets.
Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations.
Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Familiarity with Nginx, Linux servers, and deployment strategies.
