- Handle customer inquiries and provide property consultations.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
