Key Responsibilities 1. Telecalling & Outreach • Reach out to relevant and targeted prospects, not mass databases • Introduce company services in a clear, confident, and engaging manner • Focus on quality conversations and understanding client requirements, not just pitching • Maintain consistency in daily outreach and communication 2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups • Generate and qualify leads for the business • Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with interested prospects • Track lead movement and update status regularly 3. WhatsApp Marketing & Communication • Share company profiles, proposals, and creatives with prospects • Maintain structured and professional communication • Execute planned WhatsApp outreach campaigns 4.
