Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the Human Resources functions of a reputed hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and compliance within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate staffing requirements across hospital departments.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and labor regulations.
- Conduct employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Coordinate training and development programs for hospital staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
