Ugam Management is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers to join our team. The role involves communicating with potential and existing clients, explaining financial services, and generating leads. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
Explain company services (loans, financial products, etc.) clearly
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of leads
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
0–2 years of experience in tele calling or sales is an advantage
Good communication skills in Hindi, English (Gujarati is a plus)
Skills Required:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
