Are you a high-performing admissions leader with the ability to build teams, drive enrollments, and create scalable systems?
Stadion Institute of Sports & Management is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Head of Admissions to lead student recruitment, admissions operations, and enrollment growth across our Sports, Management, and Industry-Oriented Programs.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive student enrollments and consistently achieve admission targets.
✅ Build, mentor, train, and lead a high-performing admissions team.
✅ Design and implement the complete admissions journey—from inquiry to enrollment.
✅ Build and manage CRM processes from scratch, ensuring effective lead tracking, nurturing, follow-ups, and conversions.
✅ Develop innovative enrollment strategies to maximize admissions.
✅ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
✅ Analyze admission data, conversion metrics, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
✅ Establish SOPs, reporting structures, dashboards, and scalable admission processes.
✅ Identify institutional partnerships, outreach opportunities, and new student acquisition channels.
Ideal Candidate
✔ Proven experience in admissions, education sales, student recruitment, counseling, or enrollment management.
✔ Strong leadership experience with team-building and performance management.
✔ Hands-on experience managing CRM systems and admission funnels.
✔ Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and excellent execution skills.
✔ Smart, energetic, self-driven, and highly result-oriented.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to take ownership and independently drive admission growth.
Preferred Profile (High Priority)
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with upGrad or other reputed EdTech companies and have successfully sold Online Degree Programs, Executive Education, Certification Programs, or U.S. University Online Programs.
Candidates with experience working in organizations such as upGrad, Emeritus, Simplilearn, Great Learning, Jaro Education, TimesPro, CollegeDekho, Leverage Edu, or similar EdTech companies will be highly preferred.
Experience in selling U.S. University Online Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, Executive Education, and Professional Certification Programs through consultative sales and admissions counseling will be considered a significant advantage.
Candidates should have demonstrated success in:
- Building and leading high-performing admissions/inside sales teams.
- Managing high-volume admission funnels using CRM platforms.
- Converting leads into enrollments through consultative counseling.
- Achieving and exceeding enrollment and revenue targets.
- Creating scalable admission processes and SOPs.

Compensation
