Job Overview
FNF Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented and creative Architectural Designers to join our team on a contract/freelance basis. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing architectural concepts and delivering high-quality designs, including 2D plans, 3D elevations, interior layouts, and exterior visualizations.
The candidate will collaborate with our team to create and refine architectural designs and will occasionally be required to visit the office for project discussions and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D architectural plans and layouts.
- Develop realistic 3D elevations and visualizations.
- Design interior and exterior concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the team for design approvals and project planning.
- Deliver project files and drawings within agreed timelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in architectural design and visualization.
- Ability to create professional 2D and 3D designs using any suitable software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of space planning, elevations, and interior/exterior design.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, interior design, or related fields.
Compensation
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
Work Mode
- Hybrid (Remote work with occasional office visits in Rithala, Delhi).
