We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right training programs based on their career goals, interests, and background. The counselor will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain course details, answer queries, follow up with leads, and support students through the admission and registration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with students who enquire about courses
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable training programs
- Explain course modules, career opportunities, fees, timings, certifications, and placement support
- Counsel students and parents regarding career paths and training benefits
- Convert leads into admissions through proper guidance and communication
- Maintain student inquiry data and follow-up records in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches and schedules
- Handle walk-in inquiries and online counseling sessions
- Support students during registration and onboarding process
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience in education counseling, telesales, training institutes, or customer support preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹10,314.86 - ₹33,392.17 per month
