Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer or business information in databases.
- Documentation: Creating detailed records of interactions, transactions, or complaints in systems like CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Problem-Solving: Investigating customer issues to provide accurate, efficient resolutions.
- Key Skills Required
- Excellent Written Communication: Ability to articulate information clearly via text.
- Typing Speed & Accuracy: Proficiency in fast, error-free typing.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chat sessions or email threads simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Attention to detail to analyze data and customer feedback.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and internet tools.
