The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's products and services. The role requires achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and customer networking.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and road shows.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments, where applicable.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
