What You’ll Be Doing
Hunt and close new business across IT staffing, consulting, RPO, and software development
Bring in new clients within your first 30 days
Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
Build and grow long-term, revenue-generating client relationships
Work directly with leadership to scale accounts and expand opportunities
Remote Option (Earn It, Don’t Expect It)
This role is primarily on-site, but:
If you are already managing active clients and can onboard new clients within your first month, you can work remotely.
No exceptions — performance earns flexibility.
Compensation (Built for Performers)
Base Salary + Aggressive Incentives
Recurring Commission: Earn 5% – 10% EVERY MONTH on all successful client deliveries
The more your clients bill, the more you earn — month after month
No cap on earnings — your performance directly drives your income
This is not a one-time commission role — this is recurring revenue income.

Proven track record in IT Staffing / IT Sales / Consulting / RPO sales
Ability to generate business independently (not just manage accounts)
Strong closing mindset — not just pitching, but converting
Confidence to commit to and hit aggressive revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-making skills
High ownership, urgency, and execution mindset
