Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online platforms.
- Connect with prospective clients and explain the company's financial services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on company services and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in Financial Services, Consulting, EdTech, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
