Job Summary
Kritosh Fragrances is seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive and optimize the brand’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and campaign optimization, along with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and digital brand positioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, website traffic, and conversions
- Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives, seasonal launches, and engagement activities
- Support overall customer acquisition and online growth initiatives
Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing pages
- Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven optimization
SEO & Organic Growth
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website visibility
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly
- Monitor organic traffic growth and website performance metrics
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for improved local visibility and customer interaction
Analytics & Reporting
- Track user behavior, website performance, and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to improve lead generation and sales
Content & Brand Collaboration
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging creatives and high-converting landing pages
- Ensure all marketing communication aligns with Kritosh’s brand identity and target audience preferences
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities as required
Email Marketing & Customer Retention
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns
- Support remarketing and customer retention strategies
- Work on improving repeat purchases and customer engagement initiatives
Market Research & Optimization
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market growth opportunities
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes
- Recommend innovative ideas to improve overall brand reach and campaign performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (mandatory)
- 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and search engine optimization strategies
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with strong content understanding
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing productivity and optimization
- Basic design understanding using Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques
