Job Description: Soft Skills Trainer
Position Overview:
CDA Digital Marketing Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the interpersonal and professional skills of our learners enrolled in the 4-month digital marketing course. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, mentoring, and training to improve students' communication, teamwork, leadership, and overall employability skills.
Key Responsibilities: Soft Skills Training
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions focusing on communication, presentation, teamwork, time management, and other essential soft skills.
- Incorporate real-life scenarios and activities to help students gain practical experience.
- Create customized training modules based on the learners' needs and skill levels.
Student Mentorship and Support
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to help students overcome challenges in developing their soft skills.
- Monitor individual progress and offer personalized feedback to students.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to build students' confidence and professional demeanor.
Feedback and Improvement
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with students to understand their challenges and areas requiring improvement.
- Analyze feedback to refine and enhance training methods and materials.
Coordination and Collaboration
- Work closely with the academic and administration team to align soft skills training with the overall curriculum.
- Collaborate with digital marketing trainers to integrate soft skills into course projects and presentations.
Assessment and Reporting
- Evaluate students' progress through interactive assessments, mock interviews, and group discussions.
- Prepare progress reports and share insights with management to track student development.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Background: Any Degree.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a soft skills trainer or in a similar role.
- Experience working with students or young professionals is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Familiarity with online training platforms is a plus.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
