Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders across departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance) to deeply understand their non-technical hiring needs and criteria.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build a pipeline of passive and active candidates using professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, and job boards.
- Interview & Assessment: Conduct thorough behavioral and cultural-fit interviews to evaluate soft skills, leadership, and relevant domain expertise.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain accurate candidate data, track time-to-fill, and measure recruiting metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive onboarding experience from the first touchpoint to the offer stage.
