We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our litigation practice. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience representing clients before the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). While we welcome candidates with experience, freshers with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work hard are highly encouraged to apply. You will work closely with senior advocates, gaining comprehensive exposure to case drafting, research, and courtroom procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research on civil, criminal, commercial, and banking laws.
Draft writ petitions, appeals, written statements, applications, and legal notices for the High Court and DRT.
Assist in day-to-day court proceedings, case management, and tracking causelists.
Coordinate file maintenance, client communication, and case documentation.
Accompany senior counsel for briefings and court hearings.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
Bar Enrollment: Enrollment with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana (or application in progress).
Skills: Strong legal research skills (proficient with Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.) and excellent command over written and spoken English.
Attitude: High level of commitment, strong work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to learn procedural litigation.
