About Striveforce
Striveforce supports U.S.-based projects across new construction, rehab/renovation, commercial, and residential. We’re looking for a hands-on Architect/Interior Designer who can take ideas from early design through construction-ready drawings, create photorealistic 3D visuals, and coordinate directly with vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for U.S. projects (commercial + residential).
- Produce detailed construction documents in AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, details).
- Build and manage 3D models for design development and coordination.
- Create realistic renderings/walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers in the U.S. and China for finishes, fixtures, materials, and equipment (specs, lead times, submittals, samples, pricing).
- Coordinate with contractors and trades to support execution (RFIs, clarifications, revisions, as-builts).
- Review bids, quotations, and proposals; prepare comparison summaries and recommendation notes.
- Track deliverables, revisions, and schedules with clear documentation and version control.
Required Software Skills
- AutoCAD (construction documents is a must)
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Rendering tools: Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Chaos Vantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural/interior design.
- Strong portfolio showing both construction documentation and high-quality 3D visualization.
- Strong communication skills (email, calls, coordination) with a professional, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred
- Prior exposure to U.S. projects, standards, and construction documentation workflows.
- Experience coordinating procurement/specs and contractor execution support.
