Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to manage daily marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, and more.
This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong coordination, consistency, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
- Manage product listings, pricing updates, and stock uploads
- Execute promotions and platform activities (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Monitor daily account health and ensure smooth operations
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily sales, stock, and transport sheets
- Generate weekly performance reports
- Track inventory movement and highlight gaps
Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch alignment
Advertising Support
- Coordinate with internal team / consultants for ads (Amazon, Flipkart)
- Track ad performance and highlight issues
- Follow up for optimizations and improvements
Problem Solving
- Resolve issues like:
- product suspensions
- stock mismatches
- pricing errors
- returns & claims
Communication
- Interact confidently with vendors, consultants, and internal team
- Ensure tasks are followed through till completion
Requirements
- 5 years experience in ecommerce / marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Amazon / Flipkart required
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with Excel / reports
- Must be available for full-time in-office role (no WFH)
- Preference for candidates living nearby
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
